Completing the Application Process is simple, fast and easy!

All persons, 18 years of age and older, that will be occupying the home, will need to fully complete a property application.

A non-refundable application fee will be charged to every applicant 18 years and older to pay for credit reports and background checks.

Please call the property office to verify availability of inventory homes PRIOR to submitting an application.

Our staff will work diligently to complete the application review process and report back to you within 48 hours of receiving all the requested information from you.

After approval of application, the Property Manager will contact you to coordinate your electronic lease signing and move-in date. The Property Manager will go over your lease with you and answer any questions you may.

Do not submit an application without speaking to a Property Manager or Leasing Agent. Application fees are non-refundable.

NOTICE TO APPLICANT: Occupancy restrictions may apply. Please contact the Property Manager for further information before submitting your application if you are requesting more than 2 persons per bedroom.
