Welcome!
Your Next Home Starts Here
Thank you for your interest in making
Knollwood your new home!
Applying is simple, fast, and easy.
- Every person 18 years of age or older who will be living in the home must complete an application. Add additional applicants as co-applicants to the primary application; do not start a separate application. If you need assistance, please contact the property office before applying.
- A non-refundable application fee is required for each applicant aged 18 or older to cover credit, criminal, and background screening.
- Please contact the Property Manager or Leasing Agent before submitting your application to confirm the availability of the home you are interested in. Application fees are non-refundable.
- Depending on the community, you may receive an email from PetScreening or another member of our team requesting additional information regarding pets, no-pet verification, or assistance/service animals. Please complete any requested steps promptly, as they may be required before we can finalize your application. If applicable, we will also require vaccination records and photos of animals.
- Once we receive all required information, our team will complete your application review and provide an update within 48 hours.
- After the application is approved, the Property Manager will contact you to coordinate your electronic lease signing and move-in date. They will also review your lease with you and answer any questions you may have.
To help make the application process quick and easy, please have the following items available for each applicant (18 years and older):
- Proof of income (such as recent pay stubs, bank statements, or other income documentation, as applicable)
- Employment information (employer name, address, phone number, and length of employment)
- Residential history (current and previous addresses)
- Social Security Number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (if applicable)
- Vehicle information (make, model, year, color, and license plate number, if applicable)
- Emergency contact information (name, email, phone number, and address) – someone who will not be living in the home.
Notice to Applicants
Occupancy standards vary by community and are based on applicable federal, state, and local laws. While some locations may follow a general guideline of two persons per bedroom, others determine occupancy based on factors such as the home’s square footage, bedroom size, or local occupancy requirements.
If you have any questions about occupancy limits for a specific home, please contact the Property Manager before submitting your application. They will be happy to explain the occupancy standards that apply to your community.
“We do business in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Law. We do not discriminate against any person on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.”
